Group in front of the castle

On Saturday, April 15, Jason and I drove down Walt Disney World in Florida for a family vacation with his mom, dad, sister, brother-in-law and niece. The day of driving went well. We have figured out how often to stop, what position is the most comfortable, and I've gotten used to doing all the driving. We had our own room that fit our needs perfectly.

THANK YOU to Diana and Jude, Jason’s parents, for this memorable trip with family!

On Sunday, we went to the Magic Kingdom. We spent 6 hours at the park this day and being it was Easter Sunday, they had a parade and it was fun to see a lot of characters all at once. We enjoyed a few shows, I got to do a ride, we had ice cream, took tons of pictures, and got to see most of the park.

On Monday, we spend just a few hours at the Animal Kingdom. We did see a few animals and saw about half of the park. The highlight of our day was the Finding Nemo musical. We left the park early to rest and met up with family later.

On Tuesday, we decided that we needed to take the day off to rest. His parents took most of the day off from the parks to spend time with us too. We spend a few hours at one of the pools of our resort. The drive back Wednesday was surprisingly uneventful and went just as well as the drive there.

I have never been to Disney, and Jason has not been since he was little. It was also another early celebration of our anniversary! We got buttons announcing “First Time” and

“1-ear Anniversary”

My favorites were seeing Beauty and the Beast during the parade and having Emma want to ride with me on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Roller Coaster.

Jason’s favorite day was the day at Magic Kingdom.
